The orchestra is comprised of orchestra and band students from the northern half of the state, explained Gravette Band Director Mike Johnson.

“The students must try out by playing prepared music for the judges as well as being required to sight read music,” Johnson said. “This is the second yearin a row that Gravette has qualified students for this outstanding orchestra. Our congratulations to them for their achievement,” he declared.
