— Carroll Lowe

Carroll Lowe, 83, of Gravette, died Saturday, Dec. 5, 2009, at Quail Ridge Living Center in West Siloam Springs, OK. He was born December 28, 1925, in Oklahoma, the son of Isaac and Pearl Holland Lowe.

Mr. Lowe was a Navy veteran of World War II and was a retired machine operator for Franklin Electric. He lived in Westville, OK, prior to moving to Gravette five years ago.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Wolf Freewill Baptist Church in Seminole County, OK. He was preceded in death by his wives Bernice Lowe and Nancy Lowe and two sons, Kerry Guthary and Warren Lowe.

Survivors include four sons, Bruce Lowe of Texas, Jerry Guthary and wife Martha and Eldon Guthary, all of Westville, and James Bradley and wife Joy of Siloam Springs; two daughters, Sandy Pickering of Texas and Brenda Snow and husband Steve of Gravette; numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.

No services are planned. Arrangements are under direction of Wasson Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.

John Pressnall II

John Franklin Pressnall II, 88, of Sulphur Springs, died Friday, December 4, 2009.He was born May 8, 1921, in the county of Stutsman, ND, the son of Lyman and Sophia T. Pressnall.

Mr. Pressnall was associate pastor of the Church of Shiloh in Sulphur Springs. He had served in the Coast Guard.

Survivors include his wife, Lucille; one brother; two sons, John Franklin Pressnall and Mark Pressnall of Wisconsin; three stepchildren, Virginia and James of Ohio and Margaret of Oklahoma; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Services will be held this Wednesday, December 9, at 7 p.m. at the Church of Shiloh in Sulphur Springs. Arrangements are by Benton County Memorial Park in Rogers.
