Bullard Murder Trial Continues This Week

— The trial of Joel Bullard who is accused of killing his half-brother, Darrell Bullard, in late summer, 2006, continues this week in Bentonville.

Bullard, acting as his own attorney, faces a 10 to 40 year sentence, if convicted by the jury.

Prosecuting Attorney Van Stone told jurors Monday that Darrell Bullard’s bloodwas found on the sofa at the Debbie McGuire home.

He was later reported missing and his body was found the following March, buried and wrapped in a sheet in a wooded area near the McGuire home located several miles south and west of Gravette.

Testimony in the trial was to continue Tuesday of this week.
