Senior Center Report

Wednesday, December 23, 2009

— The Christmas holiday gives us time to reflect on what is important to us and what we should be thankful for. At the Senior Center we are thankful for having a wonderful building that provides a place for older adults to continue to be active and social with friends within our community.

We also are thankful for our dedicated employees and volunteers who keep things running smoothly and efficiently. We are thankful for the participants, our friends, of the Center. You are what the Center is all about.

We are very thankful for everyone who has continued to support the Center through our numerous fundraisers throughout the year. We wish each of you a Merry Christmas!

The winner of the groceries in our “You Can Make a Difference” fundraiser raffle was Carole Witt of Gravette. We would like to thank everyone who bought raffle tickets.
