GRAVETTE — The names of 73 Benton County residents are on the IRS list of “undelivered” income tax refund checks, according to David Stell, IRS spokesperson for Arkansas, stationed in Oklahoma City.

Stell said most of the refunds are for the 2008 returns whose refund checkswere returned to the IRS as undeliverable.

Persons on the list may go to www.irs.gov and provide their current correct address, to start the process of claiming the money that is due them.

Statewide there are 802 names on the list with the average refund amountingto $867.

The following local/area Benton County names are on the list. The complete list is available on the irs.gov website.

Gravette: Joshua M. Butler and David Stroud.

Decatur: J & J Martinez, Pedroza Fuenes Rubi and Eusebio Rubalcabar.

Gentry: Tobey Flatt.
