— The Third Grade Student Ambassadors are surrounded by boxes of food collected during the food drive at Gravette Upper Elementary School.

The third grade collected the most food items with a total of 584. Altogether the Upper Elementary collected 1,426 items which will be donated to the FeedMy Sheep Food Pantry and to Care and Share.

Cheerleaders Offer Daycare Dropoff Service This Friday

Gravette High School Cheerleaders will hold a “DaycareDropoff”thisFriday, November27,from3a.m.to3 p.m. at the Civic Center.

“We will have breakfast, lunch and crafts for each child and there will be Christmas stories read and holiday movies,” the cheerleaders said.“This will be a great time for each child while mom fights the crowds on the dayLunch MenusWeek of Nov. 30 - Dec. 4 Breakfast Pre-K - 12th

Monday: Breakfast pizza, milk, fruit juice.

Tuesday: Belgian waffles, milk, fruit juice.

Friday: Cereal, toast & jelly, milk, fruit juice.

Lunch Pre-K - 12th

Monday: Chili dog, French fries w/ketchup,carrot sticks, brownie, milk.

Tuesday: Turkey and cheese on bun, sandwich salad cup, pretzels, assorted fresh fruit, milk.

Wednesday: Barbecue chicken, mashed potatoes w/gravy, seasoned green beans, roll, sliced peaches.

Thursday: Salisbury steak w/brown gravy, garden salad w/ranch dressing, baked potato, breadstick, assorted fresh fruit, milk.

Friday: Chicken nuggets, French fries w/ketchup,

Thieves Strike

Thieves broke into the Village Waste Water plant recently and stole several thousand dollars worth of equipment. They used a water company truck to crash through a locked gate to escape.

Taken were tools and a small generator. Persons with information are asked to call the BVPD, 855-3771.after Thanksgiving.”

All proceeds will help send eight cheerleaders who will perform at the Capitol Bowl in Orlando, FL, on New Year’s Day.
