Arise, Cry Out event set for Nov. 14 near Cherokee City

— Arise! Cry Out! a world-wide prayer event sponsored by Moms in Touch International, will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Nov. 14, at Cornerstone Baptist Church, west of Gentry, near Cherokee City.

The event is free and open to all women. More than 500 groups will praying nationwide for their children, schools and nation on this day.

Cornerstone Baptist Church is located at 24450 Floyd Moore Road, near Cherokee City. Cornerstone Baptist and another church in Farmington will be the only host sites for this event in the northwest Arkansas area.

Nor is it enough today to born into a religious family or to be a member of a church organization; one must be born of God!

As the Greek text makes clear, this rebirth is of water and Spirit (EX UDATOS KAI PNEUMATOS); it is “the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost”
