DECATUR — Chelsie Billups and Cory Reed, both of Colcord, Okla., announce their engagement and upcoming wedding on Oct. 10, 2009 at 4 p.m. at Landmark Baptist Church in Siloam Springs, Ark.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Tim and Lori Billups of Colcord, and she is the granddaughter of Marie and the late Edward Billups.

She is pursuing a degree in Early Elementary Education at Northeastern State University and will graduate in May.

She is employed at Decatur State Bank.

The prospective groom is the son of Joe and Rhonda Reed of Colcord, and is the grandson of Charles and Wynona Chamberlain of Colcord, Thomas Reed of West Siloam Springs, Okla., and Ruth Reed of Gentry, Ark.

He is employed with McKee Foods in Gentry.
