DECATUR — Children's concert artists Brian and Terri Kinder are coming to the Northside Elementary School for a special performance at the Sept. 24 character assembly.

"Brian Kinder is a singer songwriter who, along with his wife, Ms. Terri, performs rollicking good time concerts for kids. Their music is fun and invites audience participation," according to a press release.

Kinder graduated from the University ofArkansas in Little Rock with a masters degree in Liberal Arts and has more than 20 years of experience teaching fine arts in the Little Rock public school district.

The Kinders have release five children's albums, including "Brian Kinder, A Kid Like You," "Special Days," and "Joy to the World it's Christmas."

The Northside Elementary School holds monthly character assemblies that often include special guests. Parents are invited to attend the assembly planned for 2 p.m., Sept. 24 in the elementary school cafeteria.
