Maysville News

This has been a beautiful Easter Sunday. Hope everyone had a nice Easter.

We had a good service at the Maysville Bible Church. Jim Whisenant was our guest speaker and he sang a couple of specials, his son sang one and Beverly Maxwell sang one. They were all good. Everyone enjoyed them. If you do not have a church we extend a big welcome to the Maysville Bible Church. Hope our visitors Sunday will be back.

Steve and Susan Tucker of Bella Vista visited me Saturday evening. They took me out to eat for Easter and brought me a beautiful Easter lily. I enjoyed them coming over.

Tammy Skaggs visited me Sunday afternoon. I enjoyed her visit. That helped pass the afternoon. I always enjoy visiting with her.

Those spending Easter in the home of Marvin and Bert Ballmann were Eddy and Leslie Ballmann, Cord and Jackie, Matt and Karla Ballmann and Jacob, Luke Ballmann, Kevin and Diana Graham, Wendy and KatyStidham. They report an enjoyable day.

Patti King of Lowell visited her parents, Jack and Sylvia Tucker, on Friday.

Jewel Lukens went to J. D. and Sue Smith’s after church. Other family members there for Easter were Marvin and Lesa Hughes, Amber and Seth.

Nick Asencio of Bella Vista, Nichole Tucker and Tyler visited me Sunday afternoon. I really enjoyed them.

Billy and Violet Lovell had some of their children and grandchildren in their home for Easter. Jewel Lukens went there for a while on her way home from Sue’s.

I visited Jewel Lukens a while Thursday morning.We had a good visit. I was on my way over to the community building for Senior Day. There were several there but after lunch most everyone leaves. It’s good to get to visit with different ones.
