Senior Center Report

Wednesday, April 21, 2010

— Thursday, April 15, 2010, was Live United Day. A group of employees from the Wal-Mart Realty office came to the center and volunteered their time to help spring clean the flower beds, pick up rocks and till the vegetable garden, paint a fire lane on the curb and install a clothesline pole. We thank them very much for the fantastic jobs they did.

We want to remind everyone of our Annual Health Fair coming up on Wednesday, May 19, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. We will have several guest speakers, information booths, free blood pressure, pulse-ox and blood sugar screening.Massages by Wildwood Massages will be available also. There will be drawings for door prizes from local merchants. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend.
