Gravette Senior Center Menu

Week of August 16-20

Lunch

Monday: Glazed baked ham, black-eyed peas, spinach, dinner roll, peanut butter cookie.

Tuesday: Swiss steak with tomato, mashed potatoes, steamed cabbage, corn bread, tropical fruit cup.

Wednesday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, mixed green salad, green beans, dinner roll, tapioca pudding.

Thursday: Grilled chicken sandwich, potato chips, baked beans, melon cup.

Friday: Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, dinner roll, mandarin orange slices.

Meals are subject to change. Meals at Center served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, coffee, tea or orange juice. Diabetic desserts are available.

Gentry Senior Center Menu

Week of August 16-20

Lunch

Monday: Ham steak, seasoned lima beans, steamed cabbage, wheat bread, banana pudding with topping.

Tuesday: Beef tips with gravy, garden blend rice, seasoned greens, corn bread, tropical fruit.

Wednesday: Smoked sausage, sauerkraut, Harvard beets, bread, blackberry cobbler.

Thursday: Beef burgundy, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, seasoned spinach, wheat bread, gelatin poke cake.

Friday: Turkey (pulled) Divan, oven browned potatoes, squash medley, hot biscuit, pineapple and banana.
