GENTRY — Jason and Dorie Dezurik of Gentry announce the birth of their daughter, Jade Ryen Dezurik, on Jan. 6, 2010.
Jade was born at the Willow Creek Women’s Hospital in Johnson.
She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and was 19inches long. She joins a sister, Kya Dezurik.
Her grandparents are Brad and Judy Dezurik of Gentry, and Lonnie and Portia Edwards of Gentry.
Her great-grandmother is Marguerite Dezurik of Fayetteville.
