Lions Teams Fall To Huntsville Team

The Gravette Lions and Lady Lions traveled to Huntsville Friday night. The Lions dropped their game 65-29 while the Lady Lions were topped 55-42.

The Eagles, who have a record of 22-4, were just too much for Gravette as they jumped to a 20-6 edge at the end of the first quarter and ran it to 44-13 at the half.

Hendren led the Lions with 8 points; Daniels, Lovell and McGarrah all had 4, with Strzelecki, Montee and Bilderback each scoring 3.

The Lady Eagles were equally dominant as they ran their season record to 17-7 as the Lady Lions struggled. The score was 24-13 at halftime.
