Northwest Arkansas — Arkansas residents will receive 10 free flowering trees when they join the Arbor Day Foundation during January. The trees, 6 to 12 inches, will include dogwoods, crabapples, redbuds and golden raintrees.

Members receive a subscription to the foundation’s bimonthly publication. A $10 contribution can be sent to Arbor Day Foundation, 100 Arbor Avenue, Nebraska City, NE 68410.
