Week of February 1 - 3 Lunch

Monday: Swiss steak w/ gravy, scalloped potatoes, green peas w/pimento, wheat roll, chocolate chip cookie.

Tuesday: Ham & pinto beans, okra & tomatoes, cornbread, apple crisp.

Wednesday: Oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes w/chicken gravy, steamedbroccoli, wheat bread, spice cake.

Thursday: Smothered pork chop, yam patties, green beans, cornbread, hot spiced peaches.

Friday: Chicken spaghetti, garden salad, dinner roll, chunky fruit medley, sugar cookie.

Meals are subject to change. Meals at Center served with choice of 2% milk, buttermilk, coffee, tea or orange juice. Diabetic desserts are available.
