Bobby R. Wasman
Bobby R. Wasman, 78, of Springfield, Mo., died June 29, 2010.
He was born May 14, 1932, in Gravette, to Everette Lee and Anna Belle Wasman. He was united in marriage to Shirley Wellesley on Dec. 30, 1957. He served his country in the Air Force during the Korean War. He worked as a meat cutter for 50 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and Cardinals Baseball.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a son, Kevin Lee Wasman.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Wasmanof Springfield, Mo.; two daughters, Deanna Wasman of Columbia, Mo., and Stacy Wasman of Springfield; a sister, Barbara Wasman of Sulphur Springs; and two grandsons.
Funeral services were July 2 in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. Graveside services were July 3, at the Bethel Cemetery in Gravette.
Local arrangements were by Callison-Lough Funeral Home of Bentonville.
