Senior Center Report

— We would like to say thank you to everyone who submitted recipes for the community cookbook.

We would also like to give a big THANKS to Gravette Gleamers 4-H Club for helping us maintain our garden and to Lonnie Ash for helping with the plowing.

The Billy V. Hall Senior Activity Center is a nonprofit organization that relies on monetary donations from businesses and individuals to maintain our Meals on Wheels program and daily operations of the center. To make a donation, the center’s mailing address is P. O. Box 1648, Gravette, AR 72736. All donations are greatly appreciated.

SENIOR CENTER MENU

Week of July 19 - 23 Lunch

Monday: BBQ brisket, potato salad, coleslaw, wheat bread, peaches & strawberries.

Tuesday: Braised pork chop, mashed potatoes w/gravy, breaded okra, dinner roll, frosted chocolate cake.

Wednesday: Chopped sirloin steak, fluffy white rice, lemon broccoli, wheat bread, mandarin orange slice.

Thursday: Turkey divan, oven browned potatoes, squash medley, dinner roll, pineapple & banana.

Friday: Chicken & dumplings, Mediterranean vegetables, tossed green salad, dinner roll, fruit cocktail cake.

Meals are subject to change. Meals at Center are served with choice of 2% milk, buttermilk, coffee, tea or orange juice.

Diabetic desserts are available.
