City of Elkins Receives Grant For City Hall Project

ELKINS — The City of Elkins has received a $129,858 grant to provide needed lighting, energy efficient heating and insulation upgrades to the city hall and a new heating/air unit for the public library.

The no-match funds come from the U. S. Dept. of Energy’s Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant Program.
