Gentry police make arrests

— Hector Rodriguez, 30, of Gentry, was arrested on July 19 for driving while intoxicated. According to police reports, Rodriguez was stopped at 2:12 a.m. for driving in the center turn lane of Arkansas Highway 59 and then changing lanes without signalling. He was also charged with driving left of center, no driver’s licence, no insurance and not wearing his seat belt, according to reports.

Reynoso Armando, 29, of Gentry was arrested in the early morning hours of July 17 for domestic assault in the second degree, according to police reports.

Also arrested on the evening of July 17, in a separate incident, was Emma Dalton, 45, of Gentry. She was charged with disorderly conduct, according to police reports.

Gentry police are also working a theft case in which a digital camera, a Nano iPod and a laptop computer were stolen from a residence at 206 E. Main Street in Gentry.

Also reported on July 24 was the theft of a driver’s license and credit card from a lunch box at the break room of the McKee Foods plant in Gentry.
