Elkins Council Bans K2

ELKINS — The City of Elkins has joined many others in the area who have banned “Spice” or “K2” as the herbal incense is called.

The product is not sold in Elkins but the school resource officer said it is available at some convenience stores. It can cause a “high” similar to smoking marijuana.
