GRAVETTE — In observance of Flag Day, June 14, the American Legion will raise the Hillcrest Cemetery Avenue of Flags at 8 a.m. Saturday, June 12. They will remain flying until 5 p.m. Monday when they will be lowered.

Volunteers will be appreciated and welcomed in performing this patriotic action, the Legion said. The Post also reminds persons to fly their flags at home on Monday to honor our National Colors.
