GENTRY — GENTRY - Gentry High School junior forward Kendra Boyd was selected by the area sports writers from Northwest Arkansas Newspapers for the All-Northwest Arkansas Girls’ Soccer Team. Only 12 girls were chosen from all classifications.

NAME: Kendra Boyd SCHOOL: Gentry CLASS: Junior POSITION: Forward NOTABLE: Boyd had a team-high 30 goals as the Lady Pioneers outscored opponents 53-8 andreached the Class 4A State Tournament quarterfinals. Boyd has 74 goals in her career. She was an All-State selection. “She’s very comfortable out on the wing,” Gentry coach Dan Childress said. “She crosses well and she finishes well, too. She’s a good all-around player that can play any position on the field.”
