LITTLE ROCK — Gravette Mayor Bill Howard escaped injury last Tuesday afternoon when he was involved in a motor vehicle accident at Centerton.

Howard’s car left the road and struck a vehicle in the parking lot at the Centerton Inn Cafe. He suffered minor bruises but was back at City Hall the following morning.

Cause of the accident was not immediately determined.
