— Guess we can say the weather isn’t too bad. No snow and temperature is better but it’s still wintertime.

Christinia Lovell celebrated her 17th birthday on Feb. 23. She is the daughter of Julian and Nanete Lovell. Happy birthday, Christinia. Hope you have many more.

Patti King of Lowell, AR, visited her parents, Jack and Sylvia Tucker, on Saturday. Their granddaughter, Shelley Bishop, was also a visitor. They always enjoy their visits.

Ross Barton was injured in a car accident on Saturday. He is home from the hospital and getting along all right. He is the grandson of Jerry Bob and Marcia Pritchard. Glad he is doing okay.

Several Maysville people attended funeral services for Mildred Martin Saturday morning at theAssembly of God Church. She was a former Maysville resident before moving to Gravette a few years ago. Sympathy is extended to the family.

I went to Siloam Springs with Matt and Karla Ballmann and Jacob on Saturday evening. I enjoyed getting to go with them.

I had a visit on the phone with my brother, Vernon Vandiver, on Friday afternoon. He got home from the hospital and rehab. He said it is so good to be home. We are all glad he is home. It’s been a long time term stay with hospital and rehab together.

Al West of Fayetteville was our guest speaker at Maysville Bible Church Sunday morning. We invite everyone to our services if you don’t have a church. We would love to have you.
