— Week of March 8 - 12 Lunch

Monday: Orange glazed pork chop, garden blend rice, seasoned spinach, wheat roll, hot fruit compote.

Tuesday: Beef tips w/ gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, wheat bread, bananas & strawberries.

Wednesday: Vegetable beef soup w/saltine crackers, tuna salad sandwich,rosy applesauce, ranger cookie.

Thursday: Braised pork cutlet, pinto beans, Mexican corn, Texas toast, pineapple upside down cake.

Friday: Baked fish sandwich on hamburger bun, steak fries, tangy coleslaw, mixed fruit.

Meals are subject to change. Meals at Center served with choice of 2% milk, buttermilk, coffee, tea or orange juice. Diabetic desserts are available.
