EUREKA SPRINGS — Because of missed school days because of weather at Eureka Springs their school board voted to cut spring break to one weekday.

The district also canceled two closed-school days which will allow school to end on June 4.

Principals said most teachers were willing to give up spring break except those who had paid reservation trips. Teachers will be flexible and students who miss during pre-scheduled spring break will be allowed to make up time lost.
