Area Cities Receive Sales Tax Receipts

Northwest Arkansas — Area cities’ sales tax receipts for the month of January as reported in the February issue of “City and Town”, the magazine of the Arkansas Municipal League, include the following amounts.

The first figure is local sales tax receipts; the second, each city’s share of the county one-cent sales tax.

Gravette: $45,624; $27,974.

Sulphur: $1,007; $9,921.

Decatur: $11,998; $19,428.

Gentry: $44,736; $36,017.

PeaRidge:$21,464;$34,687.

Centerton:$59,851;$31,730.
