Holiday Island Fire Dept. Is Grant Recipient

The Holiday Island Fire Department in Carroll County received an $86,355 grant to fund training and equipment for the department which includes first responders.

The grant, announced by the Arkansas Congressional delegation, was funded through the U. S. Dept. of Homeland Security Assistance to Firefighters’ Grants Program.
