N.W. Ark. Riding Club Tells Summer Schedule

NORTHWEST ARKANSAS — The Northwest Arkansas Riding Club will hold their season opener “Playday Rodeo” Saturday, April 10, at the enclosed arena at Luca-Don Equestrian Center, 23236 Highway 12 west of Gentry. Events will be held every other Saturday night until November 1 at 6 p.m.

There will be five age classes starting with the “leadline” class with eventsincluding poles, barrels, flags, speed and mutton busting.

Ribbons will be awarded nightly with a point system in effect. An awards banquet will be held at the end of the season.

Memberships in the non-profit club are $30 for families. There is no charge for nightly events. For information call 752-3466 or 899-3259.
