Credit Counseling of America (CCOA) announces a free seminar this Saturday, April 5, for first-time homebuyers to learn more about the federal tax credit that is available to them.

The eight-hour course, which CCOA said is free, will be at the United Bank in Springdale, starting at 9 a.m.
