ST. PAUL — A balloon, launched October 29 from St. Paul School student Destinee Stark during National Drug-Free Week was found in Rouyn-Noranda, a town in Quebec, Canada.
Claude Baril found the balloon and contacted the school at St. Paul. Attached to the deflated balloon was a laminated card with the student’s name and address.
