Community Garden Is Taking Shape

GRAVETTE — Marisol Jackson, Gravette Community Garden coordinator, said that the operation is still in need of garden supplies (tools, hoses, etc.)

A particular need is a storage building in which to store items and if you can assist in supplying any of these items, please call her at 479-899-7290.

Children in Kristen DeWitt’s fourth grade at Gravette Middle School were busy one day last week working in the Gravette Community Garden.

Veggies, including potatoes and broccoli are responding the the warmer days. Official planting date is this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Come and join the fun!
