Editor’s Note: Welcome home, Katherine.

It’s good to be back home again. I got home last Sunday from rehab in Fayetteville.

News will be short this week. Maybe I’ll get back at it next week. I want to thank everyone who helped in any way. The visits, phone calls, cards, flowers and food and the ones who came to the house or prayed all helped in so many ways. I’m doing fine.

Denise Fowler is recovering from a spider bite on her face. This makesthe second spider bite this summer. Hope she is doing fine and there will be no more.

Elda Singleton is in a rest home in Siloam Springs at this time. She is the mother of Gary Singleton.

Orpha Wardlaw’s visitor this week was her sister, Jo Pettigrew of Oklahoma City. I’m sure they enjoyed a good visit.

Brittany Crawley won second place overall entry in the Junior Dept. of the 4-H Dress Revue at Gentry. Brittany was the only entry from Maysville. She is the daughter of Tim and Nikki Crawley. Congratulations, Brittany.
