Gabriel Silva Buck

Gabriel Silva Buck, 31, of Siloam Springs, died May 4, 2010, in Siloam Springs.

He was born on Dec. 25, 1978, in Tahlequah, Okla., a son of Roman Manuel Silva and Patricia Lynn Hogshooter. He married Brandy Lee Ingerson on July 4, 2000, in Springdale. He worked for Farley’s Manufacturing in Siloam Springs as a machine assembler. He enjoyed building hot rods, 4-wheeling and any activity outdoors.

Survivors include his wife Brandy Ingerson of Siloam Springs; father, Roman M. Silva of Aldama, Mexico; mother, Patricia Hogshooter of Siloam Springs; four daughters, Destiny Hollaway of Springdale, and Chrystine Ingerson, Cheyenne Buck and Maggie Buck, all of Siloam Springs; two brothers, Roman M. Silva, serving in the U.S. Navy, and David Wilkins of Bentonville; and one sister, Loraine Hyche of Gentry.

Graveside services were May 7 at the Johnson Cemetery in West Siloam Springs, Okla., with Jim Beavers officiating.

Arrangements were by Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.

Frank G. Fisher, Jr.

Frank G. Fisher, Jr., 82, of Colcord, Okla., died May 5, 2010, at his home.

He was born March 8, 1928, in Collinsville, Okla., to Frank Fisher, Sr., and Jessie Echols Fisher. He married Wanda Dornan on July 27, 1976, in Miami, Okla. He was an overhead crane operator for McDonald Douglas and an ordained minister. He drove a school bus for Siloam Springs and Moseley schools and was a greeter at Walmart. He was a member of United Pentecostal Church in Lincoln.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Esther Dennis and Geniva Stoll; and three brothers, Delbert, Ross and Bob Fisher.

He is survived by his wife of the home; three daughters, Joyce Landtroop of Fuquay-Varina, N.C., Thelma Dougherty and Marilyn Vogel, both of Claremore, Okla.; a stepson, Mark Alderman of Broken Arrow, Okla.; a brother, Ralph Fisher of Collinsville, Okla.; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Chapel on May 10, with Sam Dougherty officiating. Burial was at Wann Cemetery in Oologah, Okla.

Arrangements were by Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.

Alma L. Spencer

Alma L. Spencer, 90, of Prairie Grove, died May 7, 2010, in Springdale.

She was born Nov. 13, 1919, in Prairie Grove to Isaac L. and Grace Hart Jenkins. She attended the New Sulphur Free Will Baptist Church.

Survivors include one son, Norman Edward Spencer, Jr., and wife Linda of Lincoln; two daughters, Kay Cruikshank and husband L.W. of West Fork, and Sue Smith and husband Tom of Highfill; two brothers; 11 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and three greatgreat-grandchildren.

Funeral services were May 10 at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, with Glen Faulkner officiating. Interment was at Prairie Grove Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, AR 72762.

Marvin Ray Cloud

Marvin Ray Cloud, 72, of Kinta, Okla., died May 7, 2010, at his home.

He was born Sept. 29, 1938, in New Deal, Texas, to Floyd and Razzie (Threet) Cloud. He grew up near Lubbock, Texas, joined the U.S. Army in 1956 and served as paratrooper for the 82nd Airborne Division. He married Margaret Lorraine Yeager on May 12, 1973. He worked for the USDA and was also a farmer. He retired in 1998 and moved to Wilburton, Okla. He enjoyed riding horses, working cattle and fishing.

He is survived by his wife Lorraine,of the home; mother-in-law, Margaret Henderson, of the home; sons Tim Cloud and wife Linda of Siloam Springs, Terry Cloud and Troy Cloud, both of Centerton; daughters Tammie Runyan and husband Bill of Gentry, Gina Holt and husband Harold of Decatur, Tonia Birchfield and husband James of Bentonville, Margo Barnes and husband Reuben of Gravette, Showana Glasco and husband John of Kinta, and Shana Cloud of Kinta;

sisters Mary Fox of Surgarland, Texas, Faye Wilkerson of Lubbock, Texas, and Joann Witt of McKinney, Texas; 21 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Floyd, Jr., and Alfred Ray; sisters Bobbie Turner and Janelle Cloud, and grandson Tyler Holt.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 12, at the United Methodist Church in Wilburton, with Barry Collins officiating. The committal service will be held 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 12, at Lee Cemetery in Gravette, with Mat Daniels officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Marvin Cloud Memorial Scholarship fund at Wilburton State Bank in Wilburton.

Arrangements are by Jones-Harkins Funeral Home in Wilburton.

Tamara Michelle Willett

Tamara Michelle Willett, 25, of Gentry, died Saturday, May 8, 2010.

She was born on Oct. 24, 1984, in Texarkana, Texas, a daughter of Carla Atkins-Long and Billy Bob Daugherty.

She attended Cornerstone Baptist Church in Cherokee City. She enjoyed being a wife and mother.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Holden Daugherty, and her paternal grandparents, Billy Gale and Betty Daugherty.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Willett, Jr.; five children, Blakely Kooy Ayden, Addison, Avery and Emma KateWillett, all of the home; her mother, Carla Atkins-Long and her husband Rick of Springdale; her father, Billy Bob Daugherty and his wife Mary, of Winona, Texas; Maternal grandparents LeRoy and Corrine Wheelington, of Texarkana; two sisters, Amber Atkins, of Springdale and Alisha Daugherty, of Panama City, Fla.; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Larry G. Willett, Sr., and his wife Brenda, of Gentry; three brothers in-law, Brad and his wife Ashlee Buchert, of Frisco, Texas, Connor and Tucker Willett, both of Gentry.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 12, at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home, with Tim Cypert officiating. A committal service will follow. Arrangements are by Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.
