Senior Center Report

Friday, May 14, 2010

We are preparing a taste-tempting community cookbook featuring favorite recipes from members of our community. We would like people to submit 3 or 4 of their favorite recipes so that they can be represented in our memorable collection. We ask that when submitting your recipes that you print your name on the recipes so that they may be included with each recipe. The deadline for submitting recipes is May 31, 2010.

It is our plan to attempt to keep the cost to a minimum. Sales of the cookbook are planned for the fall for the gift giving season ahead. Proceeds from this cookbook will benefit the Center’s Meals on Wheels program and help with daily operating expenses.

Mail recipes to Billy V. Hall Senior Activity Center, P. O. Box 1648, Gravette, AR 72736. For your convenience you may also send your recipes via e-mail to sac3a@ bvh.arcoxmail.com. Please write Recipe in subject box. Attachments will need to be in Microsoft Word Document format or a text file. You may also drop them off at the Center located at 1870 Limekiln Rd. in Gravette.

If you have any questions feel free to contact Mary Kay Kelley, Director, at 787-5950.
