GOMA, Congo — One hundred fifty-two golfers participated in the eighth annual Gravette High School “LIONS” Golf Classic held recently at Scottsdale Golf Course in Bella Vista.
Sponsored by Gravette High School Boosters, the classic provides support for the athletics, drama, vocal and instrumental music departments, cheerleaders and HOSA students as well as funding for academic achievement awards.
John Edwards said the classic raised “ about $9,000 this year including $800 cleared by HOSA for raffle ticket sales.” About 50 students from the various school departments assisted at the classic in helping make it a success, Edwards declared.
Following are the final results in the men’s, women’s and mixed division.
