By Dodie Evans devans@nwaonline.com GRAVETTE — “The Gravette High School Scholastic Book Fair was a great success,” said Janna Sharp, librarian. “And what helped make it a success was a poster contest in which Mollie Hendrick’s art students participated. “Volunteer judges had a hard time selecting the best from all the creative poster entries,” the librarian added. Cally Irvin took first place; Stormi Pierce, second place; and Taylor Kean and Hailey Kara tied for third-place awards. The posters were displayed in the Lion Gallery and Library Media Center for Parent-Teacher Conference Day and parents and community members had the opportunity to view them.
