— More than 450 people were served at the annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner held last Saturday at the Gravette High School Cafeteria.

Including carry-outs, atotal of 460 turkey dinners - with all the trimmings - were served to Gravette area residents.

The event was coordinated by Vicki Henson of the Gravette Church of Christ, the original sponsor of the project which held its first dinner last year.

Other churches participating in the event were the Gravette United Methodist Church, the First Christian Church of Gravette and the Harvest Baptist Church of Gravette.

Sponsors of the event are hopeful the project can grow and have even more participation next year.
