GRAVETTE — As a part of National School Bus Safety Week, October 18 - 22, teachers and building principals are engaging students in an art contest in kindergarten through fifth grades, said Richard Carver, Gravette Schools Transportation Director.
The Farm Bureau will present a school bus safety program for students in Glenn Duffy Elementary and an evacuation drill is scheduled for all bus riders.
“The district is very fortunate to have a team of drivers and a transportation staff who are dedicated to the safe transportation of students,” Carver said.
