Renee Mahon from Shreveport, La., Doris VanDalsen from Conway and Marlene Springer from Kansas City visited Debbie Mahon over the Arts and Crafts weekend. They all enjoyed their cousin reunion so much they decided to make it an annual event.

While on his hunting trip Larry Keith fell a limb on his foot, breaking a toe.

Sympathy to the Steven Lowe family for the loss of his brother.

George Cowgur is in rehab in Rogers following knee replacement surgery.

Robert and Geneva Hamilton have returned home from a vacation trip. Tuesday they enjoyed lunch with Robert’s sister in Tulsa. Wednesday they spent the night in Lawton with a cousin, then went on to Bangs, Tex., for a couple of days’ visit with friends. The four of them went on to San Antonio for a reunion with military buddies they had spent time with in Germany,many of whom they had not seen in 43 years.

My brother, Hal Hulett, passed away on Saturday in Lawton, Okla. He formerly lived here and graduated from GHS in 1942.

Those having lunch with Mr. and Mrs. Ward Carrier on Sunday were Mike and Gabe, Mr. and Mrs. Brian Carrier, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Brooks, DaleLynn and Lamarise Carrier and myself.

The Presley family reunion was held Saturday at the Christian Church. They reported a good crowd and lots of good food.

Larry Holloway was able to come home on Saturday after a stay in the hospital and rehab.

It was good to see Eddie Parker at church on Sunday after an extended illness.

The Nazarene Church had a pizza lunch after church on Sunday to honor Larry Weihe for Pastor Appreciation Month.

If you are out on the road this weekend, drive carefully. Watch out for the little ghosts and goblins.
