DECATUR — Bobby Calvert, 21, and Breanna Richardson, 22, both of Decatur, were cited for public sexual indecency after an alleged sexual act outside the Hidden Springs apartments in the pre-dawnhours of Aug. 22.

Decatur Police responded to the apartments after a caller reported hearing a woman moaning behind the buildings, the police report states.

This is the first time the police department has issued anyone a citation on that particular charge, said Decatur Police Chief Terry Luker.

The two admitted consuming alcohol prior to the incident and said they got carried away when they went outside for a cigarette, the police report states.
