Sympathy is extended to the family of Elsie Powell for their loss. The Powells formerly lived in Hiwasse.

Those having lunch with me on Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Ward Carrier, Gabe Carrier, Trevor Blevins, Mr. and Mrs. Brian Carrier, Amy Brooks, Dale-Lynn Carrier and Lamarise Carrier.

We have enjoyed some cooler temperatures this week but we need rain badly.

Eddie Parker is not doing so well andhas asked for our prayers.

Ruby Hight is not feeling so well.

Karen Burns’ friend Bonnie Bivens met her at church on Sunday and they went out to lunch afterwards.
