Wednesday, September 8, 2010

— On Wednesday, Sept. 1, Ozarks Community Hospital officially opened the doors at the OCH of Gravette Clinic.

In the first two days doctors saw close to 300 patients, and staff worked diligently to ensure a smooth registration process.

“We at the OCH of Gravette Clinic would like to thank all patients for their patience as we transition to a new ownership and system,” stated Melissa Bradley, Clinic Manager. “We respect and appreciate your longtime patronage to the clinic and ask that you help us in the process by remembering your private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid cards and medication lists when coming for your first appointment under the ownership of OCH. We’re excited to be able to offer this service to Gravette and thank you again for helping us work out the ‘kinks’.”

Coffee, bottled water, donuts and snacks were provided to patients opening week, and OCH made lunch available to patients the first day as a thank you for their support and patience as the clinic makes the transition.
