Monday: Ham & pinto beans okra & tomatoes, corn bread apple crisp.

Tuesday: Smothered steak, scalloped potatoes, green peas w/pimento, wheat bread, fruit cocktail.

Wednesday: Poppy seed chicken, mashed potatoes w/gravy, lemon broccoli, wheat bread, chocolate pudding.

Thursday: Beef stew, gardensalad w/dressing, dinner roll chunky fruit medley, sugar cookie.

Friday: Sliced pork w/gravy, macaroni & cheese, buttered carrots, tossed salad w/dressing, wheat bread, orange wedges.

Lunch

Monday: Baked potato w/ chili & cheese, tossed green salad, saltine crackers, ambrosia cake.

Tuesday: Salmon loaf, creamed peas, steamed cabbage, wheat bread, chocolate pudding.

Wednesday: Pork chop, fluffy rice, mixed vegetables, dinner roll, mandarin orange slices.

Thursday: Chicken tenders, creamed corn, potato salad, wheat bread, Jell-O w/fruit.

Friday: Cook’s choice.

Meals are subject to change.

Meals at Center served with choice of 2% milk, buttermilk, coffee, tea or orange juice.

Diabetic desserts are available.
