BENTON COUNTY — The Benton County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee will hold their annual “Sew With Cotton” contest for adults and youth ages 14-19 on November 7, according to Janice Shofner, County Extension Agent/4-H Youth Development.
The competition will be held at the Extension Office in Bentonville at 6:30 p.m. Entries must be items made of 100 percent cotton.
Divisions include adult dress, adult sportswear, adult suit and special (an outfit for modeling).
Youth divisions include dress, sportswear/school wear or youth party dress.
Winners in the county contest will receive an expense-paid trip to the state “Sew With Cotton” contest to be held in Hot Springs in December.
