The questionnaires will be used to gather basic information on each candidate for publication in this paper and in the daily papers of the NorthwestArkansas Newspapers family of publications. Candidates are asked to return the questionnaires promptly.

Any municipal candidate who did not receive a questionnaire or who would like it in digital form may contact the editor at [email protected].
