DECATUR — Walmart’s Jewelry Warehouse in Bentonville donated $2,500 to the Northside Elementary School and treated staff and teachers to lunch on Friday.

Walmart randomly picked ten Decatur teachers to receive $100 gift cards and presented the school with an additional$1,500 grant, according to principal Leslie Sharp.

Teachers Andrea Vansandt, Lindsay McEuen, Bill Weidemann, Kim Browning, Jennifer Kinder, Kristen Wages, Bobbi Witcher, Jacque Smith, Janet Raymond, and Tamara Coones all received gift cards.

The warehouse also brought a luncheon of chicken fajitas for the school employees.
