Watercolorist to present workshop

— Award-winning artist Duane Hada will lead a watercolor workshop Oct. 6-9 at Edgmon Art, 16724 Stagecoach Road in Gravette.

The class will combine both studio and plein air painting exercises, along with demonstrations by the artist with group and individual instruction.

Hada’s subject matter is what he knows best - his native Ozark landscape. He is the owner of Rivertown Gallery and White River School of Fine Arts in Mountain Home, Ark.

Hada is a lifelong professional artist whose expertise in both watercolor and acrylic painting has gained him a following and reputation that continues to grow.He has taught numerous workshops and university courses over the years, as well as private lessons.

Living near the Buffalo River, Hada said he never tires of painting the inspired scenes of beautiful hills, bluffs and clear water.
