GRAVETTE — Empire District Electric customers in the northeast quadrant of Gravette were without power for about three hours Monday morning when lightning apparently tripped a breaker in a substation in Gravette.
Customers north of Gravette, including Sulphur Springs, to the Missouri state line were affected by the outage.
